nice homes. hard work pays off. the way to train is to actually jog (of coz with weight training) n be able to pick up the pace n cohesiveness of ur body in order to even jump higher. thats how my fds trained n one of them did 360, windmill dunk (hes only 6')

第一次係十尺入到了…
沒有太大感覺…

有人話,可能我花了太長時間了……


跳了二十次,頭十下warm-up,跟之後連續入了五次....

真是花了太長時間了....

下一站,正常波會係幾時到站…

好累了....

15-20% not easy to cut....

trying to cut..
